Freeport reduces the wagerable balance to account for contract fees and the min utxo needed to attach the resulting Outcome/Pool tokens to back to your wallet

The collateral UTxO that is set in the connected wallet is not considered wagerable.

This is the result of slippage caused by market liquidity

Due to the decentralized nature of the wagering/exchange of value, everytime you make a bet you are effectively moving the line to an extent

The larger your bet, the more slippage will occur.

Extreme cases of slippage occur when the creator sets a low level of initial liquidity in relation to your bet amount.

Avoid markets with low liquidity as they will not yield favorable effective odds.

For now, freeport is the only creator of markets for betting. Thus, I am the only verified market creator.

In the future, there will be a set of criteria for market creators to pass in order to recieve verified status from freeport.bet

Verified markets are meant to be seen as safe and reliable to bet on from a bettors point of view. This feature will be important once Create a Market functionality is available to everyone.

We cannot guarantee that your request will result in a market, but we will assess and attempt to accomodate as many reasonable requests as possible

We are still fine tuning the front end components and have noticed this is sometimes an issue.

Try sending yourself the all outcome tokens specific to the market you wish to redeem to your wallet address

This will isolate the tokens on thier own utxo and allow the transaction to process.

We are working on ironing out these errors when we launch the V2 contracts
